Dollarshavveclub ships orders to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) Monday through Friday begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.
Order Processing
We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Total delivery time is therefore 4–7 business days (processing time + transit time).

We partner with national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver packages. The carrier assigned to your order depends on the shipping destination and package size. You will see the carrier and tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Weekends & Holidays
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. If a federal holiday falls on a weekday, processing and transit times may be extended by one business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us at info@dollarshavveclub.it.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
